    Began his career in the family business, dealing in electronic items and manufacturing cabinets for radiograms.

    Finolex Coil Cord— Managing Partner

    Manufactured telephone wires, responsible for manufacturing, sales, purchase, and administration. Major customers included ITI Bangalore and the Department of Telecommunications, Calcutta.

    General suppliers and indentors, with exports of onions and potatoes alongside electrical accessories, fittings, and construction material.

    Settled in Dubai as partner of the firm, beginning a new chapter of business in the Gulf.

    Named one of 16 NRI representatives on a 20-member high-level committee to promote India's foreign trade. The appointment was covered by the Economic Times, Gulf News, and the Khaleej Times, which ran the story as 'Dubai man on Indian panel'.

    Gold Banks & Duty-Free Proposal— Proposal for India

    During India's foreign exchange crisis, proposed a national network of duty-free shops and gold banks — backed by NRI deposits — to curb gold smuggling and the havala racket and raise an estimated $600 million. The Times of India reported the scheme was under consideration.

    Mya Care logoMya Care & Mya Digital— Co-Founder & Mentor

    Co-founded Mya Care in August 2018 with his daughter Suman and son Manish. Mya Care is a global healthcare platform that aims to simplify health and wellness for all — named after Maia, the nurturing mother of Greek mythology, and free for patients by design. The platform entered the German market in 2019 and was working with more than 75 healthcare providers across some thirteen countries within its first year. He continues to mentor the family businesses, Mya Care and Mya Digital.

Energy focus

In Dubai, his work spans a broad spectrum with energy at its core — power generation (power stations), transmission (lines and sub-stations), and distribution (transformers, cables, and heavy electrical equipment), alongside oil and gas projects such as pipelines and drilling rigs.

International trade

A strong grip on global trade — deals spanning four territories at once (end customer in Africa, contractor in Asia, manufacturer in Europe, executed through Dubai) — plus ferrous and non-ferrous metals, raw materials for Indian industry, edible oils, telecommunications, and construction.
